What is a myenergi Product Champion?
A myenergi Product Champion is an installer recognised by myenergi who has completed relevant product training and can provide professional installation, commissioning and customer support. Easy Spark Ltd is an official member of the Product Champion scheme.
Can an eddi be added to an existing solar installation?
In many cases, yes. An eddi can divert surplus solar electricity to an immersion heater or another compatible heating load. We will assess the existing solar system, hot-water arrangement and electrical installation before recommending a solution.
Which myenergi products do you install?
We currently supply and install zappi and zappi GLO EV chargers, eddi energy diverters, eddi+ and harvi wireless energy sensors. Installation of the libbi home battery system will be available after Sam completes his Level 3 EESS qualification in October 2026.
What does a harvi wireless sensor do?
A harvi sends energy-monitoring information wirelessly to compatible myenergi equipment. This can reduce the need to run a hard-wired CT cable between the electricity supply and devices such as a zappi or eddi.
Does a zappi EV charger work without solar panels?
Yes. A zappi can charge your vehicle using electricity from the grid and can be scheduled around cheaper off-peak or smart electricity tariffs. If you add solar panels later, the zappi can also use surplus solar energy.
Do all myenergi products work together?
Yes. Zappi, eddi, harvi and libbi are designed to operate as part of the connected myenergi ecosystem. The system can help manage EV charging, solar generation, hot water and battery storage through the myenergi app.

Will I need a new consumer unit?
Not necessarily. Before installation, we assess your electricity supply, earthing arrangement, circuit protection, available capacity and consumer unit. If any electrical work is required, it will be explained and included in your quotation.
When will Easy Spark Ltd offer libbi battery installations?
Libbi installations are planned following successful completion of Sam’s Level 3 Electrical Energy Storage Systems qualification in October 2026. Enquiries are welcome now for installations being considered later in the year.
